Master's thesis cooperation: FOCUS

FOCUS - Future-Oriented Corporate Solutions are looking for 6-10 master students (Spring 2014) who are interested in being a part of and contributing to their research project.

Do you want to be apart of an ongiong research project at NHH? FOCUS offers the opportunity to write your master's thesis in cooperation with them. See research topics below.

Qualifications

- Average grade B

- Preference for students within the Strategic Management (STR), International Business (INB) profiles, and finance (FIN).

- Excellent communication skills. Students are expected to present their results to the research group

Conditions

- Thesis advisor from the research project

- NOK 10.000 per thesis for travelling and other expenses

Topics/research questions:

- Management challenges in flexible work arrangements (STR)

- Team leadership and relationships in teams (STR)

- Internationalization and integration (STR/INB)

- Change capacity (STR)

- Finance (FIN)
