July Session: INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT

July 06 - 10, 2009 First weekly course

We invite lecturers to submit course proposals for the following topics:

• International Marketing
• International Financial Management or
• any other field of business with an international focus, such as:

• International Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior
• International Strategic Management
• International Business
• International Accounting

August Session: INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT (FROM A EUROPEAN PERSPECTIVE)

July 27 - 31, 2009 First weekly course
August 3 - 7, 2009 Second weekly course
August 10 - 14, 2009 Third weekly course

We invite lecturers to submit course proposals for the following topics with an international / European focus:

• International Marketing
• International Financial Management
• International Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior
• International Strategic Management
• International Business
• International Accounting
• European Industries and Strategies
• European Business Environment
• European Cultures and Management Styles

The Graduate Program is a three-week program, consisting of three courses, changing on a weekly basis and covering different topics in the field of business. Classes are taught in the mornings and consist of 24 units for each weekly course (1 unit = 45 minutes). The Graduate Program will be attended by a maximum of 25 students enrolled in a Graduate Program at WU-partner universities all around the world. Language of instruction is English.

Teaching positions in the Undergraduate Program of the ISU WU 2009

July session: July 9 - 15, 2009
August session: July 30 - August 5, 2009

We invite lecturers to submit course proposals for any field of business, such as

• Global Leadership Competencies
• Cross Cultural Management
• Intercultural Marketing
• Negotiation Management
• Strategic Management

We also welcome proposals for a course in a business-related field not mentioned above. The classes of the undergraduate program cover a total of 16 teaching units (1 unit = 45 minutes) and take place on 5 afternoons (Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively) and are instructed in English.

Location: WU Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, Augasse 2-6, 1090 Wien, Austria
Remuneration: 75 Euros per unit (1 unit = 45 minutes), the instructor will be responsible for paying tax on this amount. Additionally, a housing subsidy of a maximum of 250 Euros will be paid to each international lecturer.
