Approx. 35 researchers from all over the world are gathered in the Jebsen Center at NHH today and tomorrow for NHH and UiS's annual Workshop on Labour Markets, Families and Children.

The workshop has been held for the last six years, and NHH and UiS take their turn as host every second year. This year's meeting is organized by the Center of Empirical Labor Economics (CELE) at the NHH's Department of Economics.

The program includes lectures on a number of topics, from determinants and consequences of mismatch between students and colleges, via the effects of sick leave on long term labour market attachment and maternal education and child mortality in Zimbabwe, to how the internet changed the market for print media.
