Outcome of the 2015 salary settlement for state employees

The central salary negotiations for state employees for 2015 have been concluded. There will be no local salary negotiations in 2015.

With effect from 1 May, state employees paid according to the main salary table will receive a general pay rise of 0.19 per cent. Employees with a salary in grades 19-39 will receive a pay rise of NOK 700 per year. Funds have not been set aside for local salary negotiations in the central salary settlement.

The parties in NHH's Works Council accept that locally too no funds will be allocated for salary negotiations in 2015.

Salaries paid in May 2015 will be at the new rates that come into effect on 1 May 2015.
