Alena Golyagina
Age: 27
Position: PhD Research Scholar
Department: Department of Accounting, Auditing and Law
Education: Bachelor's degree from Russia and USA, Master's degree from NHH, research stay in Australia
Research interests: accounting profession, qualifications and education
Why vote for me: I have interdisciplinary competence and research experience from Norway and Australia. With work experience from NHH's admission committee as well as good knowledge of NHH after 5 years of studies, I have a solid background for performing well on the Board. Among other things, I would like to develop a better interaction between the NHH board and non-tenured faculty.

Malin Arve
Age: 32
Position: Assistant Professor
Department: Department of Business and Management Science
Education: PhD in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics
Research interests: incentives and contract theory
Why vote for me:
The combination of Norwegian background and international experience from Toulouse School of Economics and the University of Mannheim puts me in a unique position to represent the whole spectrum of non-tenured faculty at NHH. In Toulouse, I was the PhD representative on the board of my research institute, which provided me with insights into the functioning of a leading international institution.

Research interests: macroeconomics
Why vote for me:
After being part of the Board for the past year I hope to continue the work to shape NHH's future. With my past experience I can contribute to continuity and a holistic perspective in current and future processes. I approach the position with a positive and constructive attitude.
