Education/Working experience:
B.Sc. and M.Sc. from NHH. Majored in Business Analysis and Performance Management.
Research Interests:
Research interests include management accounting/management control and decentralized decision making
Why vote for me?
I know the entire NHH community well from my time here as a student, in addition to spending a year at SNF before starting my PhD at NHH in 2013. As a former student and research coordinator, and now as a research scholar, I consider myself qualified to contribute constructively as a member the Board on behalf of the non-tenured faculty.

Why vote for me?
I have been a student at NHH for six years and know the school well. I will contribute to make NHH an attractive institution for current and future students and employees. In particular, I will promote the interests of the temporarily employed.
Claudia Förster Hegrenæs

Position:
PhD research scholar, Department of Professional and Intercultural Communication (FSK).
Education:
Master's degree in English Linguistics from UiB (2011).
Research Interests:
I investigate translation competence development, i.e. the development of certain cognitive skills during translator training. I also teach English at NHH.
Why vote for me?
I have international experience from different countries and will therefore work for the integration of non-tenured faculty into the new internationalization strategy. I will especially focus on education and scientific exchange on an international level which will contribute to an improved career perspective. I have experience as a board member at UiB and NHH.
Seidali Kurtmollaiev

PhD Research Scholar, Department of Strategy and Management.

Management control (University of Nordland, Norway), International economics (Taurida National University, Ukraine).
Why vote for me?
I have a relevant board experience from NFB, and I am writing a PhD within strategy and management. I am from Ukraine, but have been living in Norway for the past five years and speak and read Norwegian fluently. My education and background allow me to represent the rich diversity of NHH's temporal staff. Therefore, I believe I have the prerequisites and experience to do a good job for all of us.
