In autumn 2011, Cecilie was appointed research coordinator at SNF, Institute for Research in Economics and Business Administration and was managing the research group for experimental economics. She played a crucial role in establishing The Choice Lab and was responsible for communicating ongoing research in various social media. Cecilie was key to the implementation of a series of economic research experiments, both in Norway and abroad, and was in charge of running the daily activity at The Choice Lab.
Cecilie was a very accomplished administrator. She was very driven and had a substantial academic background with a master's degree in Economics from the University of Bergen. She had an impressive capacity for implementing strategies and a keen eye for the main issues. But most of all, Cecilie was a unique, warm and cheerful person who was highly appreciated by faculty, administration and students alike. She will be deeply missed.
The funeral will take place at 1pm on Friday 30 March at Fjell kyrkje.
