Abstract
"Can economic incentive theory explain the patterns we observe when a
firm switches from fixed wage to performance related payment? We
approach this question with data from a wage reform that was launched in
the customer service center of an insurance company. We develop a model
to assess the outline of the wage reform and the impact it had on
various performance measures"
